SVCC Puppy Priority Reservation List
Your $500 non-refundable deposit establishes your priority date for being offered a SVCC puppy.
When you join our Priority Reservation List, Shawn will talk with you about what you're hoping for in your puppy, including:
Gender | Likely Adult Size | Color Preferences | Timing | Amount of Puppy Prep School Desired
Your preferences are recorded along with the date your deposit was received. Your deposit date establishes your priority; your preferences help determine which puppies Shawn will offer you.
When Will You Be Offered a Puppy?
Once puppies are approximately 3–5 weeks old, Shawn begins contacting families whose preferences appear to match the puppies available.
Families are contacted in priority-date order among those whose preferences match the available puppies.
When Shawn calls, she'll tell you about the puppy and say:
"I have a puppy that appears to fit the preferences you've given me. Would you like to move forward with this puppy, or would you prefer to remain on the Priority Reservation List for a future puppy?"
You are never required to accept a puppy simply because one has been offered to you.
If you decide to pass, you retain your original deposit date and priority for a future puppy.
Because litter size, gender, color, and adult size cannot be guaranteed before puppies are born and begin developing, joining our Priority Reservation List does not guarantee a particular puppy or a delivery date.

We aim to match our schnauzer puppies with your desire so that you have just what you are looking for with your new fur baby. Our goal is to spread love and joy by connecting you with the best schnauzer puppy for your lifestyle.
Waiting for Your Miniature or Toy size Schnauzer Puppy!
A $500 non-refundable administrative fee is due at that time you are added to the SVCC Puppy Priority Reservation List. This $500 counts toward the 8 week old puppy price of $4,000. Each week of Puppy Prep School is $375.
Thus, after paying the $500 deposit, once a specific puppy is confirmed, an additional $1,500 payment is due for that puppy. The remaining $2,000 payment for your puppy is due on or before the puppy is 8 weeks old. When you are added to the priority waiting list, Shawn will ask if you want your schnauzer puppy at 8 weeks or if you want your puppy to attend some part or all of SVCC Puppy Prep School up to 12 weeks.
Setting You & Your SVCC Schnauzer Puppy Up for Success
After your puppy is reserved, we will send you a Puppy Agreement for that specific puppy and occasional updates on your puppy's progress! For puppy updates and tips to help you prepare for your puppy’s homecoming, watch our YouTube Channel.
The way a puppy is raised from birth to 8 weeks affects the puppy for the rest of its life – and sets the stage for how the puppy responds to training. Our puppy Training Prep School program is for our puppies from 8-12 weeks and provides positive, rewards-based training that creates a love of learning for the puppy and handlers.
From day one, our SVCC schnauzer puppies are in our home environment living alongside their parents and aunties, also known as our team, the “canine coaches,” who help them learn the house rules.
We raise our schnauzer puppies so they learn proper social behavior.
If puppies are given specific boundaries and structure, the way we do in their early daily life, they are less likely to develop anxieties or unwanted behavior. We track their progress daily, helping the puppies to learn what is expected of them from the humans and other dogs in their pack.
You can see updates – cute videos, photos, and other news about puppy training and development – on our SVCC Schnauzer facebook page. You may also request to join our private Facebook group, SVCC Schnauzers, when you have one of our puppies.
By watching our YouTube videos, you will have the opportunity to see how to set up your home for your new puppy’s success! If you live close to us, in the Main Line Philadelphia, PA area or when we are in Naples FL, we may offer to bring members of our pack to your home to help with the adjustment of your puppy to your home — we will discuss this option when we talk.
