SVCC Schnauzer Puppy Process & Waiting List

Are you ready to join our Waiting List for a SVCC Schnauzer?

When you decide our schnauzer puppies and training prep school program are a good fit for you, please contact me. We use our waiting list to determine which dogs to breed together so that we have the greatest likelihood of creating the desired puppy colors up next on our waiting list.

Shawn Kent Hayashi will talk with you by phone to add you to the SVCC Schnauzer Wait List.

Together you will discuss what you want with your new cute and cuddly schnauzer puppy: gender, color, size, and amount of training desired for your puppy.

We aim to match our schnauzer puppies with your desire so that you have just what you are looking for with your new fur baby. Our goal is to spread love and joy by connecting you with the best schnauzer puppy for your lifestyle.

Waiting for Your Miniature or Toy Schnauzer Puppy!

When you talk to Shasha (Shawn Kent Hayashi), you will be placed on our waiting list and a $500 deposit is due at that time.

When we have a puppy that will be a good match for you Shasha will call you to let you know and you can confirm if you want that puppy. Once confirmed, a $1,000 payment is due to hold your puppy. The full payment for your puppy is due or or before the puppy is 8 weeks old. When you are added to the waiting list, Shawn will ask if you want your schnauzer puppy at 8 weeks or if you want your puppy to attend some part or all of Prep School up to 16 weeks. If you want your dog trained as a therapy dog please say so when putting your name on the waiting list.

If we are not able to provide you with a puppy that meets your desired description after 1 year on the waiting list, then the $500 deposit will be refunded or you may continue to stay on the waiting list. If we offer you a puppy, and you do not want the puppy that matches what you said you wanted, the $500 deposit is no longer refunded.

Setting You & Your Schnauzer Puppy Up for Success

After your puppy is reserved, we will send you regular updates on your puppy's progress!  You can also watch your puppy on our YouTube Channel.

The way a schnauzer puppy is raised from birth to 8 weeks affects the puppy for the rest of its life – and sets the stage for how the puppy responds to training. Our schnauzer puppy Training Prep School program is for puppies from 8-16 weeks and provides positive, rewards-based training that creates a love of learning for the puppy and handlers.

From day one, our schnauzer puppies are in our home environment living alongside their parents and aunties, also known as our team, the “canine coaches,” who help them learn the house rules.

We raise our schnauzer puppies so they learn proper social behavior.

If schnauzers are given specific boundaries and structure, the way we do in their early daily life, they are less likely to develop anxieties or unwanted behavior. We track their progress daily, helping the puppies to learn what is expected of them from the humans and other dogs in their pack.

You can see updates – cute videos, photos, and other news about your puppy’s training and development – on our SVCC Toy Schnauzer facebook page. You may also request to join our private Facebook group, SVCC Toy Schnauzers, when you have one of our puppies.

Once you have selected your puppy and paid the deposit, you are welcome to schedule visits with your new schnauzer puppy before it comes to live with you.

By meeting with us and the members of our pack, you will have the opportunity to see how to set up your home environment for your new schnauzer’s success! Often we bring members of our pack to your home to help with the adjustment of your puppy to your home — we will discuss this option when we talk.
